We started a new segment called Before the Crisis and In this episode it’s entitled Talk before you do. It’s center around making sure that you communicate with someone before you go into a crisis. We are living in dangerous times where suicidal rates are higher then it was pre Covid. Post Covid people are more likely to want to end it all instead of getting help. In this episode along with my special guest David the Speaker a motivational speaker we tackle this problem head on. Our objective is to provide you ways of communicating with someone with life throws you a curb and how to leverage the opportunities out there to get help.
