Geoff Thompson is a BAFTA-winning writer, film-maker, spiritual teacher, and martial artist. But before all of this Geoff worked on the factory floor and worked nights as a club doorman in his home town of Coventry.
Geoff has prolifically written 50 books in a wide range of genres, including books on spirituality, self-help, self defence, and martial arts, and unto 15 scripts for film and stage.
In this conversation Geoff discusses the moment he realised how fear had crippled his aspirations and how he made the change of making fear his friend and a force for energy.
