Episode 07: Misinformation

Lightly touching upon a touchy subject!

We are back with another episode, but with a twist.

I did not talk about work wins or work woes this episode but it prepares you for how some of the work woes will begin in the future, with misinformation.

Interactions and actions surrounding misinformation will be discussed as we progress in the GBHL series.

Thanks for listening,

-GBHL

Episode 6 is all about Rallying, in both sports and in life situations. I will discuss the drama of social fall outs, elite club volleyball, quitting verses walking away and the inspiration of being true to yourself and showing up.

Thank you for sticking around while I get back into the groove of weekly posts!

Tell, Show, Do_ Episode 05

This episode is Sunshine & Rainbows as we discuss a WORKPLACE WIN!!! This was a great company with a great training plan that changed my life. This might be my nerd origin story!

Tell, Show, Do is an exceptional core instructional model and communication strategy. The framework simplifies knowledge, tasks, skills, rules and applies them in simple ways to generate a consistent outcome. Using Tell Show Do the company builds foundational skills, confidence and experience used for employees to crawl, walk, run and lead.

Complexity does not scale, it collapses.

The episode mentioned some neuroscientific, behavioral psychology and organizational research topics for you to explore and perhaps try yourself.

Thanks!
