Surprise! Golden Jawgust is not over yet! Well, okay it is - But JAWSTEMBER is here! Today! And only for today (imagine if I just kept going and started over?)

Today I wanted to - well I wanted to sing a September song, that's mostly what I wanted to do. But I thought it would be fun to talk about some extra Jaws related stuff. Some silly. Some trying to be serious. Some trying to be fun. None of them all that successful.

But we'll always have yesterday....

In this episode I talk about issue 129 of Cracked Magazine, issue 180 of Mad Magazine, an old Marvel Comic of JAWS 2, and I play a video game from 38 years ago.

We did it! We made it! The final day of Golden Jawgust! Today, not only did I celebrate the final moments of JAWS - but I also celebrated the ENTIRE movie as I went to see at our nearby AMC theater on their IMAX Screen!

Not only that – but I spoke to my good friend Jason who also went to see it down in FL – but his experience was very different – and I was jealous of all of it!

As this project comes to an end – I just want to say thank you to everyone who joined the show. Thank you Chris! Thank you Eric!

What a great day today was! Not only did I spend the afternoon/evening up in Maine with my wife - but I also got to record a few things for the today's penultimate episode of Golden Jawgust! And on top of that, I get to share an amazing Cameo video I got from listener - and contributor to the show - Mike B.

And of course I cover the next 4 minutes of JAWS - where Quint meets his demise, The Orca is going down fast, and Brody is left desperately hanging on for dear life.

And I notice a stuntman or two...

ONE MORE DAY! ONE DAY MORE! I can't believe it all comes to an end tomorrow! Let's GOOOO!

Can you believe that after today there are only two episodes of Golden Jawgust left? But before I swim off into the horizon, today I am lucky enough to not only have one - but TWO returning guests as my buddies Eric and Chris join the show and meet for the first time!

Today is spent almost entirely underwater with Hooper and his anti-anti-shark cage.

That is not a typo.

Today on Golden Jawgust, we honor the late great Robert Shaw, who we lost on this day forty-seven years ago. I also talk about how there's finally a JAWS perfume. About time!

In today's segment, the Orca is dead in the water and the three men realize that their only option is Hooper's cage. He was up for suggestions, but there weren't any.

Happy Tuesday Golden Jawgust! We've been flying this podcast all month long and while we're not ready to land just yet, I feel like we're starting to make our final approach. After today there are only five more episodes left! Can you believe it!?

Today on Golden Jawgust we start to say goodbye to days! After twenty-five podcasts we're now down to our final Monday of the JAWGUST. Today, I think it's safe to say this is the most we've seen the shark yet! Just don't try to radio the Coast Guard to tell them about it - it won't end well.
