This program helps women who have little or no health insurance get screening for breast and cervical cancers. This month, Dan talks with Liz and Kayleigh from Great Rivers United Way about the Compass NOW 2024 survey. This survey is a collaboration between Great Rivers United Way, county health departments, and many health and human service entities such as Gundersen St. Joseph's. The survey aims to discover community issues and concerns across many areas of the community such as economic concerns, childcare, housing, public safety, healthcare, and the environment.

The great thing about this survey is that it's hyper-focused on the Wisconsin counties of Vernon, Monroe, La Crosse, Trempealeau, and Buffalo as well as Houston, MN. What's more, the results from this survey are shared with health and human service agencies within the Great Rivers United Way region to help improve our communities.

So if you have a hot-button issue or have noticed things in the community that need addressing, this is your chance to get your concerns on the radar... and that's what makes this survey the most important survey you'll ever take.
