  • Ep. 54 | Chronic Pain? It Might Not be What You think!
    2026/04/14

Have you ever experienced chronic pain, tension, or discomfort in your body that just won’t go away… no matter what you do?

Maybe you’ve been told it’s stress, aging, inflammation, or even something like artheritis.

But what if your body isn’t breaking down…
    what if it’s holding on?

In today’s episode, I’m sharing my personal experience with chronic pain and how I started to understand that my body was holding onto years of stress, trauma, and emotional patterns I thought I had already moved on from.

We’re diving into somatic healing—what it is, how it works, and why your body can still feel things long after your mind thinks you’ve healed.

    You’ll learn:

    • What somatic healing actually means (and why it’s not as “woo” as it sounds)
    • How stress and trauma get stored in the body
    • Why your nervous system may still be reacting to past experiences
    • Common areas in the body where tension and emotional patterns show up
    • Simple somatic practices to help release stored stress and reconnect with your body

This episode is especially for women who feel:

    • disconnected from their body
    • stuck in cycles of stress or anxiety
    • frustrated with chronic tension or pain
    • like they’ve “done the work” but something still feels off

Because healing isn’t just about thinking differently…

It’s about learning how to feel, process, and release what your body has been holding onto.

If you’re ready to reconnect with your body and understand what it’s been trying to tell you, this episode will open a new level of awareness.

  • EP. 53 | Why Am I the Way I Am? The Wake-Up Call Women Have After 40
    2026/04/09

There’s something that shifts when you hit your 40s… and no one really talks about it this way.

In this episode, I’m sharing from a very personal place—real experiences, hard lessons, and the questions that completely changed how I see myself and my life.

As life starts to change—kids getting older, relationships evolving, more space opening up—you’re faced with a choice: distract yourself… or finally slow down and ask the deeper questions.

    For me, that question was:
“Why am I the way I am?”

And that question led me into a level of awareness I never had before.

In this episode, I open up about:

    • Being a people pleaser and how it led to self-abandonment
    • Why we tolerate more than we should in relationships
    • The emotional “volcano” that builds when you keep pushing things down
    • A personal situation from my past that forced me to take responsibility
    • The patterns I had to face around avoidance, trust, and insecurity
    • And how faith played a role in helping me see the lesson instead of the problem

    This is not surface-level.

    This is real life.

Because some people go their entire lives without ever asking themselves these questions… and others use those questions to completely change their life.

    WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

    • A deeper understanding of your own patterns and behaviors
    • Awareness around where you may be abandoning yourself
    • A new perspective on emotional reactions and suppressed feelings
    • Encouragement to stop avoiding and start asking “why”
    • A reminder that there is a lesson in everything—even the hard seasons

    REFLECTION

If something in this episode resonated with you, don’t just move on.

    Sit with it.

Ask yourself one question today that you’ve been avoiding… and be honest with the answer.

    NEXT STEPS

If you’re ready to go deeper into this kind of work and want support, I offer one-on-one coaching where we walk through this together—mind, body, and soul.

If you’ve been working out, eating better, and trying to stay consistent—but your body still isn’t changing—this episode will help you understand why.

In this episode, Angie Marie breaks down how living in survival mode impacts your nervous system, hormones, and your body’s ability to lose weight, build muscle, and feel energized.

  • EP. 49 | What Living in Mexico Taught Me About Stillness, Faith, and Slowing Down
    2026/03/19

What happens when life finally slows down enough for you to hear yourself… and hear God?

In this episode, Angie shares a deeply personal reflection on what living in Mexico has been teaching her about stillness, faith, simplicity, and clarity. After spending much of her life in survival mode, constantly moving and striving, this season of life has brought an unexpected gift — the ability to slow down and truly experience the present moment.

From an unforgettable encounter with a herd of donkeys in her front yard to peaceful walks along the beach surrounded by pelicans and seabirds, Angie reflects on how nature, community, and faith have helped her reconnect with herself and with God.

She also shares how stepping away from distractions, reevaluating her priorities, and simplifying her focus in business and life has created more clarity and direction than ever before.

This episode is a reminder that sometimes the answers we’re searching for don’t come from doing more — they come from slowing down enough to listen.

    In This Episode
    • What stillness actually feels like after living in survival mode
    • How moving to Mexico shifted Angie’s perspective on life
    • The kindness and humility she experiences in everyday interactions
    • Why slowing down helps bring clarity and direction

As Angie wraps up each episode, she shares reflection questions to help create awareness — because awareness is the first step toward growth.

    1. When was the last time you truly slowed down enough to notice what’s happening in your life?
    2. Are the environments and people around you bringing peace into your life or creating more stress?
    3. What distractions might be keeping you from hearing your own thoughts or God’s direction?
    4. Where in your life might simplicity actually bring more clarity?
    5. What is one small way you could slow down and become more present this week?

You can revisit these questions anytime and reflect on them in your journal.

Have you ever felt like you’re constantly on edge, anxious, exhausted, or waiting for the other shoe to drop?

  • Ep. 47 | Why Consistency Is Hard (And How It Builds Trust, Discipline & Faith)
    2026/03/12

Why is it so hard to stay consistent with the habits and goals that matter most to us?

In this episode, Angie Marie explores the deeper meaning of consistency, discipline, and showing up, and why these three things are essential for creating real transformation in your life.

While discipline helps you make the decision to change, consistency is what actually creates results over time. Through a personal story about competing in a fitness competition, Angie shares how trusting the process and staying consistent—even when results aren’t visible yet—can lead to powerful life changes.

This episode dives into the spiritual side of consistency and how showing up daily can build trust in yourself, strengthen discipline rooted in self-respect, and grow faith in the process and in God's plan for your life.

If you’ve ever struggled to stay consistent with your health, habits, or personal growth, this conversation will inspire you to recommit to the routines that move your life forward.

    In This Episode You’ll Learn

    • The difference between discipline and consistency
    • How consistency helps you trust the process
    • Why discipline is actually an act of self-love
    • How showing up daily can build faith in yourself and your future

    Reflection Questions

What habit would change your life if you stayed committed to it for the next year?
