It means staying steadfast in your determination to see the decision through and continuing to take action, even the smallest of steps, so that each and every day your head hits the pillow and you feel good about what you accomplished.

    You do not have to move a mountain every day to feel like you are accomplishing your goals. Do things to get better at doing things. That is the pattern to build, the habit loop to forge.
