He initially wanted to do wholesaling but realized that it wasn't a good fit for his lifestyle and 9-5 job. So he started learning more about private money lending and found his niche in the private money lending space. Now he balances private lending alongside his day job and has found that this is a great way to invest and spends his time connecting with borrowers and other potential lenders who want to do the same.

  • Ep. 21 The Road to RV Park Investing - Lessons from Jordan Reyes

    In this episode of From Corporate to Cashflow, Andrea Cannon and Liz Schwab sit down with Jordan Reyes to discuss how he got into RV park investing. Jordan lives in Montana and was originally interested in multifamily, fix & flipping, and other commercial real estate. After learning creative financing, he offered on a RV park with creative finance and eventually bought his first RV park. Similar to short-term rentals, RV parks are more focused on hospitality and a hands-on approach to investing. RV parks can be more longer term permanent resident parks that are more similar to mobile home parks and parks that are more focused on transient visitors near attractions. Both have their perks. If you want to get into RV parks, Jordan talks about how it might be a good idea to partner with an experienced park operator before diving in yourself the first time. This helps build your credibility for future deals. Jordan has hosted an in-person workshop for aspiring RV park investors and plans to host additional workshops in the future.
