  • S4 Ep. 28 - Baby Jessica Got Arrested and Rachel Got a Book Deal
    2026/05/26

Then the headlines come in hot: TSA officers at Miami International got caught stealing wallets mid-screening in a coordinated distraction scheme, a nurse wins $300K from Carnival for being over-served tequila over nine hours on a cruise (14 shots, grown adult, still won), Baby Jessica from the Texas well incident grew up and got arrested for domestic assault, a Boca woman crashed into a school bus and asked cops to take her to a church with a pool, and a California man returned Lego boxes filled with dry pasta approximately 70 times before anyone noticed.

To close out the season, Rachel announces she's walking in a swimsuit fashion show benefiting BRCA Strong and POST SWIM, a swimwear company for breast cancer survivors (or anyone looking for more coverage and a confidence driven brand, and casually drops that she signed a book deal. Dale achieved a bucket list thing he cannot talk about yet and a new fashion habit he probably should not talk about, and zero regrets. Rachel is thriving with her TJ Maxx egg drawer and wants you to know that is a completely valid place to be in life.

  • S4 Ep. 27 - The Boca E-Bike Incident and Dale's Stingy Instagram Grid
    2026/05/19

Things kick off with a full breakdown of the e-bike drama taking over Boca. A middle-aged man threw water bottles at a kid, grabbed his phone, and somehow rallied a crowd of neighbors like he put out a bat signal. Rachel and Amy unpack why this guy isn't in handcuffs, what it means for every teen in the community, and why e-bikes in the hands of unsupervised kids are a whole separate problem nobody wants to deal with.

Then Rachel makes her case for why Dale is basically a deadbeat podcast dad. Four years in and she has earned exactly one square on his Instagram grid, and only because of a life-threatening health crisis. Dale's defense is weak. The conversation somehow turns into a pitch for a Friends Without Benefits Dating Game episode, courtesy of Rachel's mom Arlyne, who called in fresh off receiving Gucci sneakers from Rachel's dad mid-episode and immediately volunteered to interrogate Dale's future dates. Amy also makes her case for Coachella, the value, the vibes, the one girl who had a breakdown, and why T-Pain deserves way more credit than he gets.

The episode wraps with Rachel's PSA about human dog beds (she wants one, she's not sorry) and Amy's desperate plea for someone to tell her early morning parenting has an expiration date.

  • S4 Ep. 26 - The $500 He Never Asked For Back
    2026/05/12

Dale has been sitting on a $500 loan for almost a year, has seen the guy in person, and still hasn't said a word. Rachel and Amy Lundy — creator of MOABs, the Mother of All Baby Showers, and today's in-studio guest — talk him into sending a Venmo request like a normal person. He won't. Meanwhile, Rachel's daughter crashes the call-in line, reports on the missing hair dryer, eats fruity pebbles, and gives the room a masterclass on throwing it in a circle. Amy survives all of it for her very first podcast appearance.

Rachel's best friend Marni calls in from her Uber mom afternoon to settle the funniest-friend debate once and for all (she loses), bond with Dale over Friends trivia, and pitch everyone on scoring media passes to Bruno Mars. Summer concert season comes up — Usher, Chris Brown, Lionel Richie, Yacht Rock at a Marlins game — and somehow it all connects back to white people and Teslas.

The episode closes on a sinus infection waiting room rant, a teaser about e-bikes that's going to get heated next week, and a Two Live Jews sponsorship read that nobody saw coming.

  • S4 Ep. 25 - Bring Your Child to Work Day With a Nine Year Old Who Has No Filter
    2026/05/05

Rachel's youngest crashes the pod on Bring Your Child to Work Day, and the nine-year-old wastes zero time fact-checking adults, interrupting tangents, and quietly stealing the episode. The trio covers Justin Bieber's Coachella laptop loophole, why he couldn't legally sing his own songs live, and whether Madonna and Sabrina Carpenter's collab was genius or just a little too forced.

From there it's a full sweep of the cultural moment: Miss Thailand breaking from pageant choreography to pop and lock in a bikini, the fake-or-real beef between Alex Earle and Alex Cooper, Dr. Miami's former social media manager finally spilling why she left, and the red light camera ticket Dale got for a license plate that hadn't been on his car in six months. Dale also finally caved and got Hulu just to watch Sky King, while Rachel cannot quit Love After Lockup, and Summer House gets a full breakdown that may have just recruited a new viewer.

The episode closes with a confession that has apparently been weighing on someone for a while — they genuinely cannot tell Keira Knightley and Natalie Portman apart — and Sienna's shoutout list, which included approximately every child at her dance studio.

  • S4 Ep. 24 - Red Flags, Crocs, and a Bad Connections
    2026/04/21

Rachel posted what she thought was a hilarious reel of her daughter breaking every rule at a dog adoption event — finger in every single cage — and one pointed comment was enough to put a pit in her stomach and make her take it down. Dale gets it. The whole thing spirals into a real conversation about how one contrarian comment can ruin your day even when you know it's just someone looking for attention, and why "thank you for your feedback" is the only weapon worth using.

From there, things move fast. Dale gets ghosted on a first date by someone who "might have a doctor's appointment," which launches a full dissection of red flags, last-minute excuses, and why people who show up halfway on date one never magically improve. Then Dale debuts a new segment — Why So Much Hate For — and the two go back and forth on Tom Cruise (Scientology, couch jumping, Katie Holmes blinking twice), Carrot Top's confusing gym era, Crocs on anyone who isn't a nurse or a toddler, pineapple on pizza (Dale converted Rachel), veganism discourse, and cats. Strong feelings on cats.

The call-in segment is technically a disaster — Andrew from Dale's Survivor podcast attempts to join four separate times with increasingly bad reception while Dale insists it's not his phone — and it is genuinely chaotic and genuinely funny.

  • S4 Ep. 23 - $100 Hot Dogs and Our First Guest Call Ins
    2026/04/14

Dale and Rachel kick things off with some truly questionable food trends, including a $100 hot dog covered in caviar and gold, fair food debates, and a passionate takedown of white chocolate. Somewhere between Biscoff funnel cake cravings and Hot Cheetos dumplings, things go exactly where you’d expect and also nowhere you’d predict.

Then they try something new and bring listeners into the show live. The duo fields calls from Long Island about hotel habits, bedbug paranoia, and why bathtubs are absolutely off limits. And another with unfiltered thoughts on turning 50, life in Boca versus Philly, and why running errands can still feel like a full day.

The episode wraps with more chaos, a few wild headlines, and a reminder to tip your servers and appreciate the people taking care of you.

  • S4 Ep. 22 - Dale's Germaphobia Gets The Best of Him at E11EVEN in Miami
    2026/04/07

Dale and Rachel kick things off with a full in-studio moment featuring their sponsor finally showing up in person, complete with a custom jingle and a little champagne energy to match. What starts as catching up with an old friend turns into a surprisingly honest conversation about personal injury law, billboards, and why people only appreciate lawyers when they actually need one.

From there, things take a turn into Miami nightlife, self-driving cars, and Dale’s deep distrust of both robots and strip clubs. His recent night at E11EVEN becomes the centerpiece, where what should have been a fun experience turns into a full spiral over hygiene, massages, and just trying to sit in peace. It’s equal parts hilarious and painfully relatable.

They wrap it up with a classic “say it with your chest” moment that hits on Ozempic honesty, beach attire opinions, and the ongoing debate of who really gets to decide what’s acceptable in public.

  • S4 Ep. 21 - Why The Bachelorette Was Canceled Last Minute
    2026/03/31

Dale and Rachel get right into the chaos around The Bachelorette getting pulled just days before it was supposed to air, and they have a lot of thoughts. From messy casting decisions to whether the network knew more than they let on, they break down how it all unfolded and what could have been done differently. It turns into a bigger conversation about reality TV, accountability, and how far shows will go for ratings.

From there, it’s a full mix of what they’ve been watching lately, including dating shows where no one knows each other’s age, behind-the-scenes reality TV drama, and some very questionable relationship choices on shows like Love After Lockup. There’s also a tangent into the idea of a “hot mitzvah,” streaming vs regular TV, and why binge watching might actually be a problem.

They wrap it up with a couple strong opinions, including a rant about half birthdays and one very specific issue involving kids riding sheep that nobody asked for but somehow exists.
