We are finally making it out of post retrograde shadow. Thank goodness! What were your biggest takeaways? Sunday Mars moves in to Capricorn...which is get it done energy. It's helpful energy to wrap up the progress, goals and transformaitons we've been cultivating all year. New Year isn't always the "beginning" of the next year except by calendar. We internally know when it begins, trust that.

We're super excited about this one, so we are posting it a week early. We sit down with Karen Craft, animal communicator. We discuss her journey with being an animal interpreter and many stories she has encountered over the 25 years she's been doing it. We do a mini session with Coco, Vanessa's pup. This week we have a few interesting planetary trials. Mars and Saturn meet up on Monday and it gives us a possibly heated day. Your best plan of action is to return to the present when it feels chaotic. And when you're working, driving, walking or doing anything practice grounding yourself and focus on what you're doing vs. the chaos you may be feeling. Listen, we don't fear these types of energies, awareness helps remind us to use our tools to stay grounded and safe. It should feel less intense by Wednesday.

Yep, this time of year is here. While we hope many of you enjoy this time of year, we know many may find it challenging. This year we didn't focus on survial. We focused on practising neutral. It may feel impossible, we know. The more we reach for at least neutral, the more automatic it becomes. Netural isn't about giving grace, it's about protecting your peace in situations you are in. While making the decision to not go to family gatherings isn't easy, that can be an option. We are so grateful to be a part of your journey. Your weekly reading is here. We are one week into the Mercury retrograde. There is a Mercury Cazimi on the 20th, which is a moment of surfacing while the sun and Mercury is in alignment. It's a good target to do any legal signing or contracts. As we don't fear retrogrades, we live life, we can't always plan when these things need to happen. Have a good week
