  • Where Are You? Assessing Your 1st 6-Months of 2026
    2026/07/01

We have had a strong and encouraging response to last week’s podcast, WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE. If you missed it, please listen to it soon and share it with others. People really do want to have a more positive attitude. Let’s share it with many people so each of us can have a chance to experience a positive change in attitude.

How is your week going? Last week, I spent all of Tuesday and much of Tuesday night in Fort Smith, Arkansas, assisting the Grand Avenue Baptist Church. It was a very productive day, and we are seeing some good things happen. As some of you know, I am assisting this church by preaching on most Sundays when not scheduled elsewhere, and I am also giving time to help provide leadership for their church each week. So, I spend most Tuesdays in Fort Smith from morning through the early evening meetings. Please pray for us. Pray for them to get a pastor soon.

  • What You Need To Know To Change Your Attitude
    2026/06/24

In life, it is quite easy to develop a poor attitude. Spending your life online will give you a poor attitude. Listening to nothing but news programs will strain your attitude. Developing a skeptical mindset, a critical spirit, and a cynical, sarcastic tone will sink your attitude into the abyss of a bad attitude. This will lead you to carry the weight of the world on your back and to develop the habit of blaming others for everything in life. Then all of a sudden, you adopt a victim mentality: Everyone is beating you up. God has a better way.

  • Summer Is A Time To Grow Personally
    2026/06/10

The summer season is completely different from the other seasons of the year. At times, it seems summer slows life down, so you can breathe, take some personal time, and renew yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. At the same time, summer can be very busy, filled with extra activities, days of travel, and perhaps even many different experiences. Parents with kids at home still have to navigate personal schedules, plus camps, perhaps Vacation Bible School, and other special opportunities children are afforded today.

  • Dreaming and Visioneering About Your Life and Future
    2026/05/27

God has my heart locked in as I am preaching through the book of Nehemiah for 13-weeks. While I am studying that and then going through preparing for this Commencement Message God gave to me last week, I have been thinking so much about vision. So much about dreaming about the future and God’s will and intention for us. God uses all things to move along and I am convinced this subject today will encourage you to become all God wants you to become in your life. So let’s get started today! Have you ever been around someone who is truly possessed by a vision? Someone who can see it before others see it with their human eyes? Dreaming and visioneering about the future are life-giving. What is visioneernig? Here is a definition I found...
