In this short and sweet solo episode, I’m catching you up on all the big life shifts that have been happening behind the scenes lately – and why it’s been a little quiet on the podcast!
I share a personal update about making the big move to Scotland (yes, I finally did it!), how it feels to be living in a brand-new chapter, and the emotional rollercoaster of leaving my 18-year-old daughter to live independently – before she technically “flew the nest.” It’s the right thing for both of us, but still… weird. Let’s just say the roles have reversed and the mum’s the one doing the flying this time!
I also open up about my recent creative season – self-publishing Reset Your Mind, jumping into Inspire by Publishing’s 5-day challenge, and the absolute plot twist that followed... spoiler alert: I got offered a book deal. I know! I’ve been quietly processing what this means for me, my coaching brand, and all of you amazing women in my community.
It’s been a season of growth, grounding, and going after big dreams – and now I’m ready to bring the podcast back to life with fresh energy and a whole lot of trailblazing truth.
What I Talk About:
- ✨ Why I moved to Scotland and how it’s been (honestly!)
- 🏡 Letting go and supporting my daughter’s independence
- 📚 Behind the scenes of publishing Reset Your Mind
- 💥 What happened when I said yes to a book challenge… and got picked for a publishing deal
- 🔄 Coming back to the mic with a renewed sense of purpose
Takeaway:
Sometimes we go quiet not because we’re lost – but because we’re evolving. Big life transitions often require space, silence, and a whole lot of self-trust. If you're in a season of change, give yourself grace. Your next chapter might be bigger than you imagined.
