I myself have dealt with anxiety and agoraphobia. I have recoverd many times and I have fallen back into the depths of my fears. Seeing people in the same struggle as me and how they handle things made me realize, we all need someone going through the same stuff to help learn to heal. It is a hard road, one that you never want to have to walk down. However, it is possible to get over it, to find yourself, and love everything about you again. Here I want to share my experience and advice in handling anxiety and finding a way out of it. We got this!Amy Medcalf 心理学 心理学・心の健康 衛生・健康的な生活

TW** I do speak about death and health issues of family members who have died.

Also, I am not a licensed therapist or doctor. Any medication or exposure therapy (if not done before) please handle along with a medical professional. This is just about my experience and life as well as survival tips when it comes to this illness.

In this episode, I discuss my triggers with anxiety as well as how my anxiety evolved over the years. Here I hope to make those aware of what may trigger your anxiety and show that there are ways to manage it and help your brain think of something else. It may seem like a lot of word vomit of my life and how I handle things, but that is exactly how my brain runs. This is how I handle the thoughts that run my anxiety and agoraphobia and you may notice this for yourself. Remember how strong you are and that you can get through this. I have fought and won this many times, I hate that it comes back, but anxiety will never fully leave us. It becomes a part of who we are. If I can do this then so can you.
