  • What Happens When You Start Believing In Your Own Magic (Blog Post Reading & Rebel Ramblings)
    2025/05/05

What Happens When You Start Believing in Your Own Magic
(and why your nervous system might want to hide under a blanket about it)

What if the moment you start to believe in your own power is the exact moment everything inside you screams, “Nope!”?

In this heart-on-sleeve episode, we talk about the delicious discomfort of growth - the kind that shows up when you dare to see yourself as magical, capable, and worthy of creating the life you actually want.

I’m sharing my real-time experience of expanding my capacity for joy, visibility, and creative power - including the messy, impostor-syndrome-filled middle bit (yes, I’m still in it). You’ll learn why your body resists change, what it means to rise anyway, and how you can start reclaiming your magic, one brave breath at a time.

If you’ve ever felt like you might actually be powerful… but also lowkey want to run away from that thought? This one’s for you.

  • Why Self-Trust Is the Most Magical Thing You Can Cultivate Right Now (Blog Post Reading + Rebel Rambli
    2025/04/28

In today’s episode, we’re diving deep into why self-trust isn’t just a “nice-to-have” - it’s the ultimate rebellion. It’s the soil where your magic grows, where your creativity blooms, and where you finally stop asking the outside world for permission to exist.

I’ll share some tender stories from my own journey of learning to trust myself (after years of outsourcing my worth), and we’ll explore how reclaiming your inner voice creates the kind of calm, steady power that no one can take away.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re too much, not enough, or just plain tired of second-guessing yourself... this is for you.

🖤 And if you're ready to build your self-trust inside a supportive, empowering community, I'd love to invite you to become a Founding Member of Feel Good Rebel Academy.

  • Rise Anyway – Even When the World Feels Heavy (Blog Reading + Rebel Ramblings)
    2025/04/21

This episode is for the ones holding grief and joy in the same breath.
For the Rebels who feel the heaviness of injustice, and still want to laugh.
For the humans who wonder if it's okay to desire more, to create, to express, when the world feels like it’s burning.

I’m reading my latest blog post aloud — with tender ramblings, heart-led reflections, and a reminder that rising isn’t betrayal. It’s rebellion.

Inside this episode, we talk about:

    • Why joy is sacred in times of crisis

    • How self-expression becomes an act of resistance

    • What it means to rise with the weight, not in spite of it

    • Ways to feel grounded, real, and human when everything feels too much

Joy in this sense is not toxic positivity, it's a necessity for rebelling against the growing oppression.
It’s choosing presence. Choosing your voice.
And knowing that your existence is still allowed to be joyful, magical, and expansive — even now.

✨ If you're craving a soft, soulful space to practise rising — not perfectly, but authentically — come join Worthy & Rising, my free off-Facebook community.
It’s a space for messy magic, self-expression, real talk, and rebel belonging.

You’re not selfish for wanting joy.
You’re not alone in your grief.
And you’re allowed to rise — your way, in your rhythm, on your terms.

🖤 You’re not too much. You’re the beginning of something beautiful.

  • You don't need permission to be who you are (Blog Reading + Soft Rebel Ramblings)
    2025/04/21

This episode is for every tender-hearted rebel who’s ever hidden in plain sight.
For the one who shapeshifted to survive.
For the one who muted their truth to stay safe.
For the one who’s starting to rise — but still feels the fear.

I’m reading my latest blog post aloud (with a little off-script rambling, as always) to remind you that you don’t need permission to be who you are. You never did.

    We talk about:

    • Why self-expression sometimes feels dangerous — and what to do with that fear

    • How identity, safety, and community are deeply entwined

    • The grief and magic of unbecoming who others wanted you to be

    • Why being fully you is the most magnetic thing you can do

This is your sign to stop shrinking.
    To stop waiting.
To step fully into your weird, wild, tender, magical self.

  • You Get To Want More - And Still Love Where You Are (Blog Reading + Rebel Ramblings)
    2025/04/14

This episode is for the soft rebels, the quiet dreamers, and the women who’ve been told they should be grateful for what they have — and feel guilty for wanting more.

I’m reading my blog post aloud (with some delicious ramblings woven in) on the sacred truth that you’re allowed to want more — more joy, more rest, more freedom, more connection, more money, more magic.

Without guilt. Without shame. Without needing to prove anything first.

    We talk about:

    • Why women are conditioned to settle and call it “noble”

    • How to tell the difference between soul desire and scarcity chasing

    • What it looks like to love your life and reach for expansion

    • A fantasy-inspired embodiment practice to help you move through guilt and reclaim your wants

Let this episode be your permission slip to desire more — and to trust that what you want, wants you too.

  • The Sacred Art of Taking Up Space
    2025/04/14

In this episode, I’m reading you one of my most loved blog posts — The Sacred Art of Taking Up Space — with a side of raw, honest rambling. Because this topic? It’s not just a concept. It’s lived. It’s messy. It’s sacred.

    We explore:

    • What it really means to take up space — physically, emotionally, energetically

    • Why so many of us shrink ourselves (especially as women, people-pleasers, and rebels)

    • What it looks like to reclaim your voice, your body, and your presence

    • Gentle, grounded ways to begin taking up space today

    • Some of my personal stories of reclaiming power through discomfort

This episode is part love letter, part rebellion spell — and if you’ve ever felt like “too much” or “not enough,” I made this one for you. 🖤

  • Making Sense of a Healthy Life - A conversation with Jess Roe
    2022/01/12

A conversation about taking care of yourself as a busy and ambitious person.

Jess Roe is a Holistic Fitness coach, focusing on helping you take care of yourself, whatever your circumstances. Because your body is supposed to carry you through all your life - and the best thing you can do is to take good care of it.

We had a wonderful conversation about what we think about health and our bodies, and Jess shares a lot of knowledge about how to help yourself to feel better in your body.

One thing, I liked in particular, was that you ask yourself what you need. It seems so ridiculously simple, but we know exactly what we need, but we've been conditioned to disconnect from our bodies, and have never really learned how it works, and how we best take care of it. Until it's too late, and it hurts.

She mentions 4 pillars, that she uses as a foundation for her work.

    - Movement

    - Nourishment

    - Energy/Rest

    - Resilience

And she's actually having a Free 5 day Meal Planning Challenge next Wednesday (January 19th- January 23rd 2022) You can join here: https://www.subscribepage.com/a3q7o1

And you can join her group here (she shares a lot of good stuff!): https://www.facebook.com/groups/613440325854402

    And her personal page: https://www.facebook.com/HolisticJessRoe/

    And website: http://studyinfitness.com

I hope you get as much out of it as I did - and join the meal planning challenge - If you're seeing this way later, I hope I'll see you in her group.

    2021/12/19

Almost first time interviewer - having the honour of interviewing Dr. Gay Hendricks!

Links are at the end of this text.

After the initial awkwardness on my side, we had a wonderful conversation about upper limit-ing, about Einstein time and taking full responsibility in you relationships.

The goal of this conversation, was to learn more about the concept of Einstein time. I reached out to him, because I had read the book "The Big Leap" - and absolute must read, among his soon to be 50 books - where he mentions Einstein Time - and I couldn't wrap my head around it.

After reading the book the third time, I thought I'd go to the source - and lucky me - I got to have a conversation with the man!

As I upload this video (it's on youtube here: - this conversation, my brain is still integrating the stuff we talked about - and he's an absolute rockstar at explaining his concept - so I hope you'll get something out of this conversation.  Because it boils down to the practice of feeling good - and feeling good in relation to other people as well.  What a wonderful purpose - and absolutely aligned with the path that I have chosen to walk.

I give you the one and only Dr. Gay Hendrick! With words of wisdom, excitement and feel good-ness!
