Welcome to Inside Job—a podcast by offenders, for offenders.
I’m your host, Cleve Bell, and today I’m joined by Freddie.
In this episode of Inside Job, we sit down with Chief Freddie, a respected leader with over three decades of service in public safety.
With 32 years at Miami Fire Rescue—including five years as Deputy Fire Chief—Chief Freddie has held every civil service rank and brings a wealth of frontline and leadership experience. In addition to his operational service, he has trained firefighters, police officers, and corrections officers, and holds A.S. degrees in EMS and Fire Science from Miami Dade College.
Since 1999, Chief Freddie has dedicated himself to helping others advance in their public safety careers. Specializing in test preparation for entry and promotional exams, he has conducted countless seminars, private training sessions, and assessments—empowering candidates to achieve up to three promotions through his coaching.
Join us as Chief Freddie shares his journey, insights on leadership, and the heart behind helping others rise in service.
