What began with a burrito ministry on the streets of Jaco and a desire to serve quickly brought Lindsay face-to-face with parts of her own story she hadn't expected to confront. When she felt God prompting her to share her testimony with men recovering from addiction, she had to step into a deeply vulnerable place. What followed was an incredibly powerful moment of healing, connection, and redemption—for Lyndsay, for her son, and for the men who heard her story.

Joel Reasoner is back—a returning guest on the podcast, and he has quite an update to share!

When Joel joined us after his first trip to Peru, he talked about sensing a growing “tug” toward missions and ministry. Just a short time later, he said yes to that tug and returned to Peru for a four-week internship with South America Mission.

In this episode, Joel shares what happened when he stepped beyond his comfort zone—from teaching English and living with a Peruvian family to traveling by boat deep into the jungle, serving in a remote village, and sharing his testimony through three different languages.
