THANK GOD IT’S…FRIDAAAAAY!

(Hope we’re saying that altogether by now!)

Welcome to Becca and Joe’s Fifth and Final Double Feature Date Night at the Movies!

This week on Episode 5 of "A Couple of Old Fashioneds" the Theme is "Two for the Road", and the movies are:

FACES PLACES & DIRTY MARY, CRAZY LARRY!

Have one for the road with Becca and Joe as they discuss their movie selections for Two for the Road! Who picked a 21st century, sight-seeing French documentary and who picked a 20th century, car-chasing American thriller? And how did both steer them towards musings on life, death, and how to make the most of the moments in between? (We promise, it wasn’t just the bourbon talking…alright maybe a little.)

Find out what Joe and Becca thought of the other’s interpretation of the Theme, whether they made for a great pairing or a terrible one, whether Joe dressed up in character costumes this time or left Becca hanging once again, and whether or not their marriage is still intact…just kidding, movies can only ever bring people together! That’s what movies are all about - they’re the only kind of marathon worth participating in and they’re what Date Nights are made for.

A huge thank you to everyone who has bought episodes, commented, and been an integral part of the evolution of this crazy experiment side show. Your contributions have been invaluable! And if we may be so bold as to ask for one more, we would love to send out a questionnaire to help us figure out exactly what worked and didn’t work and how we can best take this show forward in its next stage of metamorphosis! Don’t worry, you haven’t seen the last of us yet.

So please keep an eye out for a questionnaire landing in your inbox soon, and in the meantime, enjoy your two for the road! Or three…or four…hey, it’s Friday, hopefully you ain’t driving, and as the French say, Bon Voyage!
