  • Today’s episode is about giants. We all face giants in our day-to-day life, whether they’re people or obstacles like losing weight. In this episode of Phoenix Chronicles, Martin speaks with his pastor Robert Upshaw about his story and the giants he overcame. Robert lost his wife suddenly due to a rare cancer, and found himself binge eating for comfort. He explains how he put his life back together — and how you can too.

Robert begins by detailing his wife’s sudden diagnosis and decline, and how her death led to his faith weakening. He explains how he was able to pick up the pieces by turning to God, and how you can overcome giants in your day-to-day life.
