What if there is more happening inside grief than we realize?
Profound loss can overwhelm the body and nervous system, but what if the same experience that stretches our capacity to hold pain can also expand our capacity for connection, awareness, and higher consciousness?
In this solo episode, Becky shares how years of difficult experiences, healing practices, meditation, yoga, breathwork, and eventually the death of her daughter Keira shaped her understanding of nervous system expansion.
After Keira died, Becky experienced not only profound grief, but an increasing connection through signs, synchronicities, intuition, knowing, and after-death communication. Over time, she began to see these experiences side by side: the nervous system learning to hold enormous grief while simultaneously developing the capacity to perceive and experience more.
This episode explores grief as part of spiritual awakening, the connection between the body and expanded consciousness, and why some people begin experiencing more signs, synchronicities, intuition, and connection beyond death after profound loss.
Becky also shares the practices that continue to support her nervous system—including meditation, breathwork, yoga, nature, bodywork, healthy relationships, boundaries, and learning to stay present through difficult experiences.
The pain of grief is real. But perhaps the pain and the expansion can exist at the same time.
What if your nervous system isn't only healing?
What if it is learning how to hold more?
