Penn State Dickinson Law Prof. Stanley Brand, a Distinguished Fellow in Law and Government, will discuss the outcome of last Tuesday's Supreme Court retention election which has received an unusual among of national attention. Prof. Brand will also talk about the process of choosing judges in general, a combination of appointment by the Governor and voters being asked if the judges should be retained.
