Hello Beauty, welcome back to the show!

I have a BIG announcement! The show is growing, transforming and having a rebirth ✨ TIRH has been going since 2021 when I was at the peak of some powerful and oftentimes gut wrenching shifts in my life. I chose the name This Is Really Happening for two reasons. One was because the craziness of what was transpiring in my life was off the charts. And two, because I knew deep down in my heart I would somehow make the shift out of victimhood to being the heroine of my life. As in, this is really happening regardless of it I see evidence of it or not, it's going to happen (it's already done), let's go!!!

Within the past four years I have been documenting my awakening journey and sharing practices with you, that have helped me on my own path, with the intention that they would help you too. I have shared my personal experiences, along with literature and powerful meditations and activations I created for my listeners and clients.

2024 has changed things up quite a bit and that is going to be reflected in the show moving forward. Baby we are leveling up!!

Moving forward, the show will be less about me, and more about YOU embodying your most powerful, creative, sacred and sensual self. Yes, I'll still share stories but it is my deepest desire to guide you on your own journey of embodiment. Tune into the episode find out the details!
