このコンテンツについて
In this class, we explore Bhagavad Gita Chapter 6, verses 9–14, where Krishna guides us from the outer limbs of yoga to its deeply internal heart. We reflect on what it really means to see others with equal vision—beyond judgment, roles, or utility—and how that mindset prepares us for authentic meditation.
We then shift into the foundational practices of ashtanga-yoga, including renunciation, mental discipline, and physical stillness, but with a deeper aim: to absorb our heart and mind in loving connection with the Divine. This is yoga beyond fitness—yoga that purifies, transforms, and reconnects us with our true spiritual essence.
Through personal stories, Gita wisdom, and reflection questions, this session invites you to examine your own tendencies toward judgment, busyness, and possessiveness—and offers a more peaceful path of devotion, simplicity, and soul-centered living.
