Directed by Charles T. Kanganis - PM workhorse and City Lights veteran - Intent to Kill delivers sleaze, swagger, and surprisingly inventive violence (gasoline-soaked panties, anyone?) as Lords goes rogue to clean up a city soaked in drugs, corruption, and sleazy men in tanktops.
