Located west of Sacramento, with easy access to Interstate 80, Davis has a nice downtown area that features restaurants, a large farmer’s market, and parks…. Davis also benefits from a highly rated university.….. Davis is about 30 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Also…. most commutes to Sacramento from Davis are about 35 minutes via the freeway…..
I selected Davis this week because only 7 single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 71 single family homes available in Davis which is the most June inventory in over five years…..
