Hey friends! I’m Dr. Laurie Bruce, your friendly clinical psychologist and mindfulness coach. Together, we’ll learn how to notice your emotional intensity, from calm to highly activated, and choose the right coping strategies that can keep a tough moment from turning into something bigger.
