What are the 5 things we all need to know about coaching? Why can we "learn more about a person in an hour of play than you can from a lifetime of conversation"? What does neurodiversity mean and how can it play a role in coaching as well as leading and managing people?
In this episode of The Coaching Clubhouse, Katie Denyer tells us the answers and explains how neurodiversity shows up in coaching and in our workplaces.
Katie is a Lecturer in Coaching for Behavioural Change as well as an executive coach, facilitator and supervisor, and a mentor coach. She specialises in strengths-based, psychologically informed coaching, with particular expertise to develop the strengths of neurodivergent thinkers.
