 In Episode 203, Hech speaks with fellow FILM PROFESSIONALS OF COLOR,  , Erik Jue (Iatse Local 52  Video Technician) as well as his partner, Michiko Sasaki (SAG-AFTRA Network, Film and TV Actor) .  Originally Hech thought he was only speaking with Erik on a different topic, however when he realized that Erik's partner was also a fellow FPOC and a member of one of the unions that was actually driving this historic strike, the topic changed.

Tune in as Hech, Erik, and Michiko, discuss how they have coped as a family, as parents, and as a couple, during the strike.    Hech feels blessed to have found a situation where the partners of a relationship exist on different sides of the line in an industry strike, but on the same side as partners in LIFE.
