このコンテンツについて
Our courts are too infatuated to incarcerate people to boast their reputation and this distorts any humility they may have had. Pat McCamey accepts that he was in the wrong to buy marijuana at a time when it was illegal. But when the dealer, who had a repuatation of losing it and being aggresive, attacked him with a knife - stabbing him in his femoral artery, he had no choice but to protect himself. The court omitted evidence from the trial in order to secure their flawless conviction rate. Now, because of our corrupted judicial system, Pat and his young friend, who was with him, are both serving life without the possibility of parole in a Pennsylvania prison. He has an appeal in, which has been denied at every level, and is now in the 3rd Circuit, and he could use some help. You'll will hear that he has been wrongfully convicted of murder. His young friend has a learning disability and didn't know how to appeal, so now he is time-barred from ever appealing his sentence. Lets change this flawed system and bring some of these men and women home to their families where they belong. Support SB 54 and HB 545 (compensation for those who spent time in prison unjustly and were exonerated years, decades later. They deserve it). This is Pat's story.
