They reflect and acknowledge the valuable lessons learned, particularly in areas like growing PWR's 1:1 training programs, coach education, and leadership mentorship.


With this change, they are excited to return to their roots with a renewed focus on group-first, strength-based interval training! Rah shares recent updates to group class programming that offer a balanced approach to training to meet the wide needs of our member base. Additionally, she is launching the Summer Accountability 8-week program starting on July 8th, which will include nutritional guidance and workouts, and is open to both members and non-members!
