Matt read this book way, way, waaayyyyyy back in the day (old man jokes!), this this initial film adaptation from 2005 was never one he sought out. He would probably blame this on fantasy just not being his genre, but Jess isn't high on the genre either and she still watched the film when it came out. Either way, he's out of excuses now!
Grab a handful of the most authentic Turkish Delight you can find (turns out that Big Turk bars are not so authentic...) as Matt and Jess discuss allegories, repressive British society, back hair treasure trails, and how big of a badass Tilda Swinton is.
