  • I remember when having a bad day was not that bad. Since the death of my son, a bad day or an off day can be so devastating. You do not know if you are coming or going? You may not have anyone to speak to who understands. Everything around you may feel so weird. You find that your emotions are so high whether that is anger or sadness. Overall, an off day can really be challenging.

    I had said that in the bible; fathers do not make your children angry.

    And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.-Ephesians 6:4
