This week we're talking about intrusive thoughts. We all have them- they are unwanted thoughts that can get sticky & we sometimes give too much energy to them. They can make us feel gross or tell us to do wierd and unwanted things. I talk with Lily Sais, whos a former school psychologist now full time mental health practitioner helping people with anxiety, about her experience and how she has not only learned to manage her own intrusive thoughts, but how she now helps others overcome them.
