I had the pleasure of sitting down with a good friend of mine Deontae Posley aka @theroommateinvestor. Deontae breaks down how at age 31 he created a multi-million real estate business by literally renting out single bedrooms. And how he manages it while still working a 9 to 5. He also speaks to this principle he called "the natural progression". As defined by me, Natural Progression is the concept of how things naturally unfold when you commit to something. If you stay in your lane and follow your conviction, you will inevitably succeed.
