In a messy episode created last minute, Rook joins Aidan for a chilled-out conversation about their lives. Their discussion spans topics including their relationships, personal friendships, broken servers on Minecraft and their experiences meeting their partners' parents!

Three years ago, on the 1st of July, a small idea in the minds of two bored teenagers in the midst of lockdown came to life in the form of a podcast. That is when E&L was born. Back then, Aidan and Sharkey never believed the podcast would even work, let alone help to create a community and bring people together. We have made endless memories and friendships that are stronger than ever. This is not the end yet, only the beginning! We love you all!

In this episode, we finally complete our team's "Story" episodes by having Sky sit down with Aidan to share their experiences all about living and growing up as a Child Of Deaf Adult (CODA). This conversation explores personal challenges, their own experiences and grievances about how the world isn't efficiently catering for the deaf community. Here they also share their love for people like Rose Ailying Ellis, who have been staple points in the last few years for raising awareness for the deaf community in ways of their role in Eastenders as Frankie Lewis, their role in Doctor Who as Aliss or their breathtaking couples choice dance to Symphony on Strictly with Giovanni Fletcher.

In this episode, Sky and Rook are combining GCSE Music Revision and a really interesting podcast idea. This episode is Sky's choice, trying to connect five songs through musical techniques. This idea was created from listening to the Add to Playlist podcast! The different types of music in this episode are so cool! A completely new type of episode this week!
