Hosted by Roslyn Sullivan — entrepreneur, founder, and someone who has spent over 15 years building wellness businesses from the ground up — the show is built on a single premise: human energy is not one thing. It is physical (cellular, mitochondrial, biochemical), mental (cognitive resilience, the architecture of thought), spiritual (the coherence between who you are and how you live), and intuitive (the intelligence that operates beneath language and logic). Most conversations in health and wellness pick one lane. Energy Lab refuses to. Each episode, Roslyn is joined by researchers, founders, and the thinkers actively rewriting the rules of human performance, longevity, and consciousness — from cellular science and biohacking to sound healing, gut health, and the questions most people aren't asking yet. People who aren't waiting for consensus. People building what comes next. Energy Lab is also the home of the Energy Lab supplement line — precision-formulated, liposomal, built on clinical dosing rather than marketing logic. Because the science should be as serious as the conversation. The body knows more than you think. This is where you start listening. • Resilience Is a Warning Sign, Not a Strength | with Frédéric Roscop
    2026/10/12
Frédéric Roscop has been an osteopath for 27 years, working from a consulting room in Knightsbridge with families, athletes and people who’d already tried everything else. He trained his hands to read the body, but he also perceives it in a way most practitioners don’t, and instead of hiding that, he built a career, a biophysics lab and a company, AEQUIL, around it. In this one he flips something I thought I understood: resilience isn’t a strength, it’s a sign you’ve already gone past your threshold. We go from the physiology of stress to why patients keep coming back every six months, from the 19th-century roots of osteopathy to structured water and the “liquid light” we’re actually made of. Then it gets practical: hot and cold, the sound of water, breath retention, the diaphragms nobody talks about, and the body as a house with windows that need opening. Honestly, it felt like ten university lectures in one sitting, and we’ve only cracked the door open. Chapters: Chapters 00:00:00 Intro: meet Frédéric 00:01:28 Who he set out to be: the cat’s tail & the root cause 00:04:07 Becoming the best version of yourself to serve patients 00:06:31 Resilience isn’t a strength, it’s a warning sign 00:10:20 Your stress threshold & The Body Keeps the Score 00:12:44 Sympathetic vs parasympathetic: there’s more than the vagus nerve 00:14:38 A hectic life & learning to surrender to the journey 00:15:58 “Why am I not on the beach?”: the hack after Germany 00:18:27 Addicted to stress: cortisol dips & the daily fix 00:19:23 We all have a mission 00:20:31 Why patients come back every six months 00:23:39 Cycles, seasons & the stressors we don’t treat 00:26:17 Working with the body’s energy 00:26:55 Mesmer, Still & the indigenous roots of osteopathy 00:29:29 Hands-on vs hands-off: classical osteopathy 00:30:39 We are 99% water: matter & energy 00:32:29 The hybrid body: chemistry and frequency 00:33:14 What is structured water? 00:35:17 The fourth phase of water 00:37:09 Hydrogen water & treating the root cause 00:37:50 The interface: where water meets the cell 00:39:56 Liquid light 00:41:20 The birth of AEQUIL’s Liquid Intelligence 00:43:05 Inside the lab: biotech, medtech, agritech 00:44:55 Body, mind, energy: the mind of every cell 00:47:22 Frequencies, mitochondria & the vibrating cell 00:48:57 Resilience at the cellular level 00:50:26 Lyme disease, brain fog & the ability to learn 00:51:17 Biophysics like sunshine: microteslas & earthing 00:53:02 Does city life block the earth’s frequencies? 00:54:57 Everyday tools: solitude & making London a village 00:57:07 Hot and cold: why ice baths can backfire 00:58:03 The sound of water & washing hands between patients 01:00:22 Breathwork & the body as a house 01:03:01 Diaphragms everywhere: tongue, eyes, pelvic floor 01:04:27 The digital wellbeing platform: gong baths, affirmations, movement 01:05:33 POTS & rewiring the body’s switchboard 01:06:36 Pressure systems in the body 01:07:51 Long COVID: lungs, heart & tightness 01:09:20 Breath retention: holding at the bottom 01:11:27 Trauma, anaesthesia & stored emotion 01:12:17 9/11 & collective energy 01:13:14 Chakras: the windows of the house 01:14:34 Opening the windows: clarity & perspective 01:16:31 Freedom, vitality & longevity 01:17:57 Closing: the world around us & a promise to come back FIND Frédéric Roscop Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/aequil/ AEQUIL: https://aequil.com Frédéric’s story: https://aequil.com/pages/frederic-roscop CONNECT WITH ENERGY LAB Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/iamenergylab/ Spotify & Apple Podcasts: https://linktr.ee/iamenergylab If it resonated, a simple like, a subscription or sharing would mean a lot to me. • Energy Lab Episode 7 with Mr Majestic Mindset "Consciousness, Simulation & Reality"
    2026/08/30
Pav grew up Hindu in an immigrant household, spent his teens quietly demonising the traditions he was raised in, then built a whole career out of helping other people find their purpose , right up until his own life got its rug pulled out. Grief, no income, no idea who he was anymore. And then, somewhere in the wreckage, he turned all the wisdom he'd been handing out to everyone else inward , and something changed. Known online as Mr. Majestic Mindset, Pav is one of the rare ones who refuses to pick a side. He won't do pure mysticism and he won't do pure hard science ; he sits in the overlap and builds a bridge. In this one we go deep on consciousness, reality, karma, and what it actually means to be here, awake, right now. It's less "love and light" and more "get it out of your head and go build the thing." Have a listen. • Energy Lab Ep 6 with Sara Shah, Tech Wellness Entrepreneur & writer: Learning Your Body's Yes and No
    2026/08/30
Sara Shah grew up in a family of doctors. Her mother is a paediatrician, her father is an cardiologist specialising in electrophysiology. When she got sick they got her in front of the best specialists money could find. Six weeks later she walked away from all of it, and went back to the values she believed in. She moved through three years completely housebound due to numerous diagnoses from Lyme to Long Covid to multiple cancer scares. This one is personal for me, Sara is a dear friend. We met years ago when she wandered into my wellness clinic in Kensington, and we've been talking about this stuff ever since. In this episode she takes me through what she found on the way back from chronic illness: why a diagnosis isn't a life sentence, what Western medicine is brilliant at and where it gets it completely wrong, and how she learned to trust her own body again after years of being told otherwise. We get into a lot. Her app Caya and why she's building "gentle tech" instead of another app that tells you you failed at sleep. Where the wellness industry is performative. Generational trauma and the actual epigenetics under the buzzword. Hormones, cycles, and why women were never built to run on a man's schedule. Even ancient stone circles in the English countryside and bee priestesses in ancient Crete. A few things we cover: Diagnosis vs healing and the exact point where the two split Why treating a symptom and treating a whole person aren't the same job The "gentle tech" idea, and pushing back on optimisation culture in tech and beyond What your wearable can't tell you How your cycle changes your energy and your creativity The one small yet deeply powerful practice she leaves us with, learning your body's yes and your body's no. It's less "how to biohack yourself" and more "how to actually come back to yourself" Have a listen. Chapters: 0:00 Intro & welcome Sara 1:19 How we met (Anamaya clinic) 2:39 Growing up in a family of doctors 3:18 Falling through the cracks of Western medicine 5:23 Unusual modalities: magnets & Lyme disease 7:05 Treating the whole body, not the symptom 7:55 Not becoming your diagnosis 10:45 The two cancer diagnoses 11:57 Diagnosis vs healing 13:07 Presence & listening to yourself 15:40 Why we're taught to distract 16:17 Generational & ancestral trauma 18:39 The overstimulated nervous system 21:15 Cancers of the soul 24:01 Where the term "generational trauma" came from 25:39 The witch wound & women as healers 27:15 The female body, birth control & Mother Yin 28:09 Hormones & the female cycle (the book "Moody") 31:38 Progesterone, creativity & the male schedule 32:38 Maiden, mother, crone 34:32 What changed in how she sees healing 36:39 Feeling heard & the "frequency of healing" 38:08 When wellness became performative 39:30 Wearables: the good and the cost 41:10 Red light, HBOT & what works for your body 43:00 Anti-optimisation 44:07 Caya & gentle tech 45:56 A feminine version of tech 47:58 Caya's launch 49:21 How do you heal generational trauma? 52:50 QNRT & Dr Nancy Miller in Dallas 54:37 Leaving London for the countryside 55:57 Druids & stone circles 57:47 Crete, bee priestesses & pilgrimage 1:00:01 Minoan Crete & psychotropic honey 1:03:01 Everything is a pilgrimage 1:04:07 Pushing yourself vs meeting yourself where you are 1:06:27 Pushing as escape & survival response 1:07:27 Learning your body's yes and no 1:09:13 Closing FIND SARA Caya app: to be out soon @cayacares Substack — Frequency of Healing: https://frequencyofhealing.substack.com CONNECT WITH ENERGY LAB Instagram: / iamenergylab Spotify & Apple Podcasts: https://linktr.ee/iamenergylab If it resonated, a simple like, a subscription or sharing would mean a lot to me .
