    In this episode, I'm sharing from my heart about what it truly means to let yourself be fully seen — especially when you're growing, evolving, and stepping into a new version of yourself. That quiet fear of "What will people think?" is real. And so is the belief that it has to look a certain way.

    We talk about people-pleasing, old narratives that aren't even yours, and a simple but powerful exercise I use (with myself and my clients) to release the beliefs that are holding you back.

    Because real freedom isn't having the perfect life. It's loving and accepting yourself exactly as you are.
