Natalie's Bio:
I am a Somatic Inquiry practitioner and mindfulness teacher, guiding others in deepening their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and the living world. My work is rooted in an animist framework, honouring the wisdom of the natural world, the cosmos, and our other-than-human kin—plants, ancestors, and the unseen forces that shape our lives.
I come to this work through a 25-year journey as a yoga and meditation teacher, continually drawn to the ways we can cultivate presence, resilience, and connection. I identify as an endless student, constantly exploring new depths of understanding—both within and beyond myself.
Off the mat and outside the healing space, I am a mother, an animal lover, and someone who finds solace in the quiet rhythms of the earth. My work is an offering of devotion—to the body, to relationality, and to the ever-unfolding mystery of being alive.
