    On this episode of Educate Everyone, Dr. Atman's guest is Monique Zubiate, a Program Assistant at Middle Tree and working with students at Barfield Elementary School in Pomona. Monique talks about several of the afterschool programs she oversees and explains how she's been able to combine learning with fun in this daily experience with her students. She also takes us through her journey homeschooling her own children and why and how she made the decision to do it. Looking back, she evaluates the pros and cons of homeschooling and provides valuable insights for any parent considering taking on the challenge along with some great ideas for parents who are already taking their child's education into their own hands.
