Homemade Hummus:

-1 can drained chickpeas

-2 Tbsp lemon juice

-2 cloves garlic

-2 Tbsp olive oil

-1/3 cup Tahini

-3/4 tsp himalayan salt

-seasoning blend

Mix all ingredients together in food processor! Enjoy!

 

Dark chocolate chip cookies: 

-2 eggs

-2 tsp cinnamon

-3/4 cup oat flour

-handful of whole oats

-2/3 cup pumpkin

-1 1/2 mashed banana

-1/2 tsp salt

-3 Tbsp maple syrup

-1 tsp baking powder

-Dark chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients, batter will be somewhat runny. Scoop onto parchment paper and bake at 350 for 13 minutes or until baked through.
