Okay... the truth needs to come out!!

So SO much of this reality is based in capitalism, control, manipulation, and icky sticky brainwashing sales!! I'm OVER IT! And yet I have to admit, I've done it.

Within the personal development world there are so many toxic 'leaders', tactics, and groups that are spreading really low vibrational practices. I've been swindled by some personally and have also spread this energy through some of my own past sale tactics... and it did not feel good.

I'm here to speak my truth and expose the truth. We have to end this by shifting our consumption and creation habits within ourselves.

Let us change the world by changing ourselves.

Transitioning out of a lifetime of believing I was healthy because I was "skinny" has brought me into a deep realization of all I was denying for years.

From a consistent lack of energy to a crazy gut journey, my physical health awakening has been nothing short of life changing.

I spent too long focusing on spiritual and emotional health and ignoring the third element of my physical health. It's all connected and I'm blessed to have uncovered the veil.

well here i am resurfacing baby!! after a 2-month burnout and immersion in the drowning, i am now not only alive again, but back on top - better than ever.

i'm living my best life again... and this is just the beginning.

we must die to be reborn and wow i'm grateful for the journey. this is the epitome of surrendering to the unknown and allowing faith to give us what's better than what we could have ever expected...

oh golly gee what a time it's been

weeks of ongoing challenges...

i feel like i'm truly drowning in it all.

i've experienced the greatest burnout I've ever known and this feels like such a profound death.

everything, and i mean everything, i previously knew has dissolved and it feels so interesting to show up BEFORE I resurface from the depths...

to speak directly from the prolonged darkness BEFORE i feel the light again...

this is it.

the real shit.

the `oh god is this gonna end?!' type of shit.

We've all experienced the hustle culture; the 'work so hard to get what you want' lifestyle; the overwhelming stress and then the burnout that follows. Hard work is so normalized these days that so many people lose themselves in the stress and aren't able to find their way out.

What if life didn't need to be so hard!? What if you actually got to work LESS to receive MORE of what you desire?

Well, I'm so excited to tell you that you CAN! You CAN live a life of ease, rest, and flow and receive everything you've ever wanted. You CAN live the life you desire without the burnout and overwhelming stress. You CAN learn to be grateful for exactly where you are right here and now, without needing to reach the next goal.

It all starts with your mindset. A shift in your mindset along with some simple intentional actions, and you can truly make this life your reality.

Don't just passively listen to this episode!! TAKE ACTION!! Start making intentional space for rest, start shifting your mindset towards yourself and your work, and start being gentle with where you are and what you are doing. And be open to receiving all the magic that is waiting for you once you start adopting these changes.
