Sandra herself is an inspiring leader, innovator, and industry expert who has chaired professional and charitable boards, is a university professor, and co-founder of The B Fund—a partnership with Columbus Foundation that supports career awareness in the insurance industry by amplifying its opportunities within predominantly African-American communities.

Before all this success, she was a young girl from Chicago who wanted to be a servant of the people and maybe even have an ice cream shop.
