Lately it seems athletes have been dealing with illness and training disruptions. In this episode, I talk a bit about how I generally work with athletes to decide training regarding illness, as well as some ways to use down time productively to make the most of time not running. Often athletes will be very ambitions with training disruptions and I think making sure objectives are reasonable can go a long way to staying set up for success!
