このコンテンツについて
This episode's guest is Dan Sibal - a Mental Health advocate, public speak and CrossFit coach.
In October 2020, during the height of the COVID pandemic, Dan broke.
He hated his Accountancy job, was constantly anxious at the thought of his growing workload, and had no way to manage his stress levels. After months of constant anxiety and worry, he was signed off work for six months after having a panic attack at his desk. He was diagnosed with stress, low mood, depression, anxiety and panic.
Dan was lucky enough to afford therapy and get help processing his thoughts, feelings an emotions.
But thousands of other men in Dan's situation don't.
Dan is helping the BIG MOOSE CHARITY raise £1,000,000 so they can provide early intervention therapy for anyone who needs it. Even if they don't have the means, they can get the help they need. He is runing 4,368k in 2022 (84k a week, 12k every day) to represent the number of male deaths from suicide each year.
