  • This episode is all about providing a safe space to discuss things about our respective cultures we can't really talk about with our families, friends, etc. I'm sharing some examples of how the body image ideals and values of African-American culture in the South caused a lot of hurdles for me on my own weight loss journey. Even if you come from a different culture I am sure you will recognize some similar hurdles.
