- [00:44] “Resting isn’t the solution, and neither is masking the pain. And the reason why I say this is because I know it firsthand. When I messed up my back in the kitchen, I did everything the quote-unquote experts told me to do, right? I'd go to the chiropractor, they would shoot me up, they would crack me, they would pop me, they would get me into the wobble chair. I'm doing all these crazy things. And then they would put me into the back room, and that's when I would get the little cocktail of the cortisone right into the trigger points, and none of it actually worked.”

- [07:14] “We have data that shows that exercise instead of painkillers actually has shown to be a better outcome in recovery and masking said pain. And I remember the doctor telling me, ‘Nick, do you see the bed over here? Do you see this over here? Who do you think pays for this stuff?’ And then it really hit me.”
