Tune in to hear Colson‘s take on his journey how he whipped from one of Idaho‘s best prospects to now a professional tight end. Colson’s journey is full of resilience, determination and hard work. Nothing in his career after high school was easy. He took a red shirt at the University of Washington after leaving high school early. He then transferred to UCLA where it was determined he would then be switching positions if you wanted to contribute. Colson found his roll on the team on special teams, in the running back room, and in the receiver room. After two injuries in college, Colson realized he needed to make a decision to go all in on the NFL or to not and the rest is history. The final half of the pod includes Colson’s draft process, first season with the Commanders, his biggest learnings on the team.
