I'm in a huge expansion right now. I'm so excited you're coming along with me. I've lost 19 lbs since December and have 4.5 more to go to reach my "goal". This will be the lightest I've been since early college. I made the biggest investment in myself of my life - related to coaching - and I'm already witnessing it pay off. I'm leading an international retreat (deets coming May 1st). I'm surrounding myself by other women who are expanding massively and I cannot help but be massively inspired and take massive action myself. This LIVE/podcast episode is very reflective and very spontaneous. I had just gotten back from a collaborative river day with another instructor and I was just soaking in all the cool information we shared with each other.
