The Ramtail Mill, located in the rural town of Foster Rhode Island is said to be the home of the Ghost of Peleg Walker. Yep another "highly unique" name on this episode. He's a pretty spooky guy, he rings a bell, and all his co-workers kinda hated him. Very disrespectful.
