I also highlight the fact that just because we face one rejection doesn’t mean that things are not gonna work out for us. Usually that rejection is leading us to something bigger and better.     In this episode, I'll be discussing a common phrase that I hear which is "this is why I don't support black owned businesses." For some reason Black owned small businesses are held to a different standard than other small businesses. We have to be 10 times better, 10 times more efficient, have 10 times better product. And I just wonder where this mentality comes from? Why are we so hard on Black owned businesses and why do we expect so much when we don't expect it from other businesses? And why is it that when one small business messes up, we rule out other small businesses? I also give some advice to small business owners of how to improve their businesses, so they don't run into this situation, where they have a disgruntled customer that not only stop supporting their business, but other businesses.
