  • You Belong in the Room: Leading With Authentic Power With Raina Gandhi
    2025/09/08

What if your career gap was actually your power move?

In this empowering episode of Dream Big with Amy, I sit down with the brilliant Raina Gandhi — founder of Rising Tide Consulting, leadership coach, and woman who redefined what it means to return to the workforce after a decade-long pause.

    We dive deep into:
✨ Her courageous relaunch after 11 years raising her daughters
✨ How women can rebuild confidence after burnout or career breaks
✨ What true influence looks like (hint: it’s not about being the loudest voice in the room)
✨ The difference between coaching women for real vs just giving advice
✨ The ripple effect of women reclaiming their seat at the table — unapologetically

If you've ever felt like it’s “too late” to start over, this conversation will shift your whole perspective. Raina's wisdom is a permission slip to rise, reset, and lead with your full power.

  • What Divorce and a Waterslide Taught Me About Starting Over
    2025/09/01

"The thing I'm about to tell you is going to sound completely insane..."

That's how this episode starts. And by the end, you'll understand why I almost didn't record it.

Three days ago, the girl who preached "burn it all down and travel the world" made a decision that shocked even herself. After three years of constant movement, 40+ countries, and building a business from hostel bunk beds... I'm ready to slow down. Maybe even get a home base. Maybe even get a golden retriever.

But this isn't a story about settling. This is about the scariest realisation of all: What if everything you thought was your dream was actually just your escape plan?

In this raw, unfiltered solo episode, I'm sharing the story that connects it all — from being the terrified 7-year-old who wouldn't climb the waterslide stairs, to the devastating divorce at 27 that became my greatest breakthrough, to where I am now in my 30th year, finally understanding what freedom really means.

This episode is for you if:

    • You're tired of watching from the sidelines while everyone else lives boldly
    • You're facing your own "waterslide moment" and need permission to jump
    • You've ever wondered if your biggest fear is actually pointing toward your freedom
    • You're ready to stop running from something and start running toward something

    You'll discover:

💔 The four words that shattered my "perfect" life at 27 (and why I'm grateful they did)

🎢 How a childhood waterslide taught me everything about courage I'd ever need to know

🌟 Why your breakdown isn't your ending it's your edit

✨ The difference between escaping your life and actually living it

🔮 How to use September/Virgo energy to level up (even if you don't believe in astrology)

Plus: The surprising mindset shift that changed everything about how I view fear, growth, and what it means to truly choose yourself.

  • When Safe Isn't True: Abi Clarke on Leaving the Life That Looked Perfect
    2025/08/25

What do you do when your life looks successful from the outside, but feels soul-crushing on the inside?

In this powerful episode, I sit down with Abi Clarke, a former teacher who walked away from a stable career to follow her heart's calling. Abi didn't leave because she stopped believing in education she left because she couldn't watch brilliant minds get dimmed by systems that weren't designed for authentic growth.

Now a parent mentor helping families trust their instincts, Abi is living proof that when we follow what feels true in our bodies, we don't just transform our own lives — we become the change the world desperately needs.

In this conversation, we dive deep into:

    • The gut-level signals that tell you it's time to leap
    • How to navigate the fear of starting over and disappointing others
    • Why rigid systems can shrink our sense of self (and how to reclaim it)
    • The art of using your body as a compass for major life decisions
    • How choosing yourself creates ripple effects that heal generations
    • What it really means to trust your instincts when everyone thinks you're crazy

If you've ever felt that whisper saying "this isn't it" whether about your career, relationships, or life path this episode will light you up from the inside out.

  • The Day I Let Go of Perfect: My Messy, Beautiful Belize Awakening
    2025/08/11

In this deeply personal episode, I'm taking you with me to the stunning aqua-blue waters of Belize, where everything changed for me. This was my first time staying in hostels a terrifying leap from my perfectly curated, hotel-only life where I never left my room without full hair and makeup.

But sometimes the most beautiful transformations happen when we're brave enough to let go of who we think we should be.

I'll share the exact moment I realised I wasn't alone in my journey of starting over, thanks to an unexpected conversation with Sarah from the Netherlands. Her story of getting married young and recently divorced became the mirror I needed to see that my feelings of being lost, scared, and excited all at once weren't just "a me thing."

This episode is for every woman who's ever felt like she's the only one navigating the messy middle of transformation. You'll hear how releasing the need to be perfect opened the door to authentic connection, real confidence, and the kind of joy I hadn't felt in years.

If you're in the messy middle of your own transformation right now, whether you're just feeling those early nudges that your current life doesn't fit anymore, or you're fully in the rebuild phase. I want you to know you don't have to figure it out alone.

I'm opening up a few spots this month for free Glow Up calls where we'll get crystal clear on what you actually want (not what you think you should want), identify what's been keeping you stuck, and create your personalised roadmap for what comes next.

Ready to stop feeling lost and start designing the life you're meant to live? Book your free call HERE - because your dreams are calling, and it's time to answer.
